Main responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive customer retention.
- Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data, segment audiences, and personalize communication for targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business processes.
Digital Product Development:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of digital products, including websites and mobile apps.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure user-friendly interfaces, optimal functionality, and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital product improvement.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
CRM Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify key customer segments and tailor strategies to meet their unique needs.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and segment the customer base for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop personalized and relevant communication strategies for different customer segments.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and present insights to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of digital strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive successful digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- You have demonstrated at least 10 years in digital management, CRM, and digital product development.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Updated knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
