IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to internal users, maintain the company's IT infrastructure, and collaborate on IT projects to improve our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software and network problems.
- Install, configure and maintain computer equipment, including PCs, printers and other peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers and firewalls.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer systems.
- Oversee the installation and upgrade of software and operating systems.
- Collaborate on new technology implementation projects and enhancements to existing systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, solutions and support procedures.
- Oversee that all computer systems comply with company security policies.
Requirements:
- Technical or university degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Verifiable experience of 3 years in a similar IT support role.
- Knowledge in Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Experience in Microsoft environment management and configuration (Azure AD, Intune, etc.). Certifications in this area are highly valued.
- Experience in network management and configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with support ticket management tools.
- Good level of English, spoken and written.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel on occasional weekends during company-produced events to support users.
- Relevant technology certifications are a plus.
