Main Responsibilities

• Oversee company financial needs, controlling disbursements, bank balances, establishing and maintaining credit and collection procedures

• Participate in the elaboration of the annual budget plan.

• Elaborate and analyze strategic KPIs of the company (margins, pricing, business development, etc.)

• Analyze deviations of actual figures vs. budget.

• Prepare business managerial reporting (Profit & Loss, balance sheet, cash flows, ...) on a monthly basis, that is timely, accurate, and usable by the business in assessing its financial and economic performance

• Develop business intelligence tools, to provide a basis for decision making.

• Create financial analysis and initiatives to improve profitability.

• Monitor the cash flow into and out of the organization, and calculate the working capital and cash flow projection of the company, on a monthly basis.

• Oversee payments of all accounts, ensuring all accounts are paid on time.

• Organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors.

• Analyze, recommend and implement necessary improvements across the finance landscape of the business to ensure integrity and consistency of financial data.

• Advise on financial analyses and decisions-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, benchmarks, and other matters with management and chief financial officer.

• Partner with the Accounting Manager in the closing of the Financial Statements and preparation of all reporting materials

Requirements

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar.

• You have demonstrated 3-4 years’ experience as Controller or Financial/ Business Analyst.

• Desirable working experience in audit and/or transactions services in a “Big Four” company.

• Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• You are able to build connections with people, you create a positive and inspiring environment where teams thrive and challenge each other positively.

• Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.

• Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication, in Spanish as in English.

• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
