About the role
- Participate in the definition and execution of the annual People plan for Kosmos.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of new processes, policies, and tools to support the employee life cycle.
- Manage the payroll process in coordination with our external provider.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding through our external labor advisor.
- Administer the time-tracking system and ensure its proper functioning.
- Manage the HR platform (Factorial), including employee records, contract changes, onboarding, offboarding, and other movements.
- Monitor and track medical leave and return-to-work processes.
- Keep the employee database up to date, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Support the implementation and communication of employee benefits.
- Manage and administer corporate HR email inboxes.
- Provide support and guidance to managers, employees, and other stakeholders on People-related matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Humble, approachable, and a true team player who puts collective goals ahead of personal interests.
- Strong ethical values, with a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fairness.
- High level of English and Spanish(written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of Excel and ability to work comfortably with data and reporting.
- Previous experience with Factorial would be a significant plus.
