Marketing Manager - Kings League Germany
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.
Main responsibilities
Marketing Strategies:
- Implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Ongoing analysis of market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Use insights to optimize brand strategies and improve customer experiences.
Campaign Management & Controlling:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) that communicate the brand’s message and engage target audiences.
- Manage marketing efforts across different channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising in line with established KPIs.
- Collaborate with and supervise internal teams (content, creative, design) and external agencies to create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
- Implement strategies to generate leads, converting them into sales opportunities for tickets and merchandising products.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies and platforms.
- Proven track record of successful creative campaign development and execution. Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally in multi-cultural environments.
