This role will support the Travel & Logistics Manager during the busy November 2025 – January 2026 period, ensuring smooth travel, accommodation, and logistics operations for players, staff, talent, and equipment.This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, insurance).
- Provide support in logistical planning for events, including equipment transport, local deliveries, and on-site setup.
- Help manage administrative tasks such as itineraries, documentation, customs paperwork, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Support the maintenance of logistics calendars and travel records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with risk management and contingency plans, helping to adapt to last-minute changes.
- Provide on-site assistance during matchdays, content productions, or key events to help manage logistics and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Events, Production, and Content teams to anticipate and support logistical needs.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, or event operations (sports, entertainment, or media experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking platforms and logistics processes.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
- Based in Barcelona, with availability for occasional travel if required.
