Commercial Project Manager - Kings League
Seeking a B2B Marketing & Partnerships Leader to drive campaigns, engage key decision makers, and support revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.
Main Responsibilities
Prioritize commercial needs by evaluating impact, urgency, and resource requirements; maintain a clear roadmap for the Commercial team.
Lead and execute revenue-generating projects such as partner onboarding, sales initiatives, product launch support, and sponsorship activations.
Build and optimize processes, documentation, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Finance, and external partners to keep projects aligned and on track.
Develop clear timelines, dashboards, and progress reports; identify risks and remove blockers quickly.
Track performance metrics (pipeline movement, revenue impact, project status) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
4–7+ years in project management, commercial operations, or program coordination; sports/entertainment experience preferred.
Strong ability to prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (HubSpot, Monday)
