About the Kings League
Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

Main Responsabilities

• Lead local media relations and execute the local communications PR plan in coordination with HQ.

• Implement and track the global communications strategy in alignment with headquarters.

• Manage crisis communications, including execution, tracking, and reporting.

• Create, update, and oversee communication materials (press releases, media kits, presentations).

• Manage relationships with media, content creators, and other stakeholders.

• Develop and activate the content creator ecosystem to strengthen Kings League communications through the community.

• Plan and support PR events and digital content initiatives.

• Collaborate with communications and digital teams on content creation, distribution, and strategic messaging.

• Track, report on, and analyze communication activities and results to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, media, or agency work.

• Strong understanding of the content creator / influencer ecosystem and digital communities.

• Proven experience in leading media relations and executing communication strategies.

• Experience in crisis management and handling high-pressure communications situations.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with strong interest in media, digital content, and emerging trends.

• Creative mindset with curiosity for current communication and creator-led strategies.

• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
