About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Mexico to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Americas.
This role goes beyond filling vacancies; it’s about building teams that drive business growth and expansion. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to design hiring strategies across multiple levels, from mid-level specialists to senior and executive roles.

Main Responsibilities
Design and lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple levels (mid to senior), with a strong focus on Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Production and Entertainment profiles.
Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, aligning hiring plans with business priorities.
Execute direct search and sourcing strategies for specialized and business-critical roles.
Build and maintain strong regional and international talent pipelines.
Conduct structured candidate assessments evaluating skills, leadership capabilities and long-term potential.
Drive talent intelligence initiatives (market mapping, salary benchmarking, competitor insights).
Analyze recruitment KPIs (Time to Fill, funnel conversion, Quality of Hire) to continuously improve hiring performance.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and represent the company as a brand ambassador.
Participate in relevant talent communities and industry ecosystems.

You are a strategic and proactive recruitment professional who understands that hiring is a business lever, not just a process.
You are comfortable navigating both creative and commercial environments, ideally within sports, media or entertainment ecosystems. You enjoy partnering with leaders, challenging hiring briefs when needed, and using data to elevate hiring decisions.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and feel motivated by building impact at a regional level.
Requirements
Must Have
6+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience hiring Digital, Commercial, Marketing or Production profiles.
Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search).
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience in sports, media or entertainment industries.
International hiring exposure (Mexico and/or USA).
Experience with ATS platforms (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or similar).
Experience with recruitment analytics and data-driven hiring.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
