Global Account Manager – Partnerships & Activations - Kings League
We are looking for a Global Account Manager to oversee partnerships, ensuring the team delivers on all contractual commitments with our sponsors and strategic partners.

A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.
Main Responsibilities
Partnership Activation & Management: Oversee the execution and ongoing management of commercial partnerships from HQ in Barcelona, ensuring each partnership delivers strong ROI and aligns with the Kings League brand and global strategy.
Revenue Growth & Upselling:Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities across global accounts to maximize revenue and strengthen strategic relationships.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, marketing, and operations teams to deliver engaging and consistent experiences that exceed partner expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for both internal teams at HQ and external partners globally, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution across all regions.
Industry Insights: Leverage deep knowledge of digital streaming, influencer marketing, entertainment, and esports to design impactful global activations and identify new commercial opportunities.
Project Management: Manage multiple partnerships and initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in account management or partnerships; preferably within sports and entertainment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong understanding of digital culture, influencer marketing, and global esports trends.
Proven experience activating both traditional and digital/innovative sponsorships.
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Fluent in English and other languages are a plus.
Willingness to work from HQ in Barcelona with occasional travel to key markets.
