About you
We are looking for a Commercial Partnership Manager to drive Kings League’s sponsorship revenue growth by developing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships with brands, agencies and advertisers across the lifestyle, entertainment, and sports ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential partners using a mix of traditional and digital channels, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry events.
Drive Revenue Growth: Own individual revenue targets that contribute to the larger regional targets. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of strategic commercial partnerships (sponsors, brands, media) with a focus on long-term value and recurring revenue.
Market Intelligence & Lead Qualification: Use market research tools, digital analytics platforms, and competitive benchmarking to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM database to ensure accurate segmentation, pipeline visibility, and effective partner targeting.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the sports sector.
Strong knowledge of prospecting and lead generation techniques, with the ability to sell high-value solutions (sponsorships, digital activations).
Understanding sports business ecosystems and digital advertising landscape, with the ability to bridge the two.
Excellent communication skills; analytical mindset to interpret market data and campaign results to optimize commercial approaches.
Native Spanish, fluent English.
