Community Manager - Kings League MENA
We are looking for a highly creative, dynamic Community Manager with over 3 years of experience in social media management and omnichannel content creation.

Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.
Main Responsibilities
Definition and execution of community engagement strategies together with the Department Director and under the guidelines of the HQ team.
Management and moderation of online communities across social media platforms and competition channels, ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
Active participation in conversations with fans, streamers, and content creators, fostering loyalty and building meaningful connections with the Kings League audience.
Creation of engaging and interactive content ideas in collaboration with the Social Media and Graphic Design teams.
Liaison with other departmentssuch as Commercial, Content, Public Relations, and Marketing, to ensure brand consistency across all community interactions.
Monitoring social media trends, memes, and fan-generated content to maximize engagement opportunities.
Reporting on community insights and performance, with conclusions and proposals for improvement according to objectives.
Analysis and benchmarking of competitor communities and relevant players in the sports and esports sector.
Support in the execution of influencer activations and community-driven campaigns., mmunication channels (social, newsletters, campaigns, etc.).
Contribution to live events and online activations by driving real-time community interaction.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in community management or social media management (in sports, esports, entertainment, or agency environments).
Education in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
Proficiency in community and marketing tools such as social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.), Mailchimp, Google Ads, WordPress, Hootsuite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).
Passion for football, esports, digital culture, and online trends.
Proven ability to engage, grow, and manage large online communities.
